Leadership Excursion Co. is proud to announce the first annual Spark Women’s Leadership Retreat to be held in Southern Utah at Zion National Park September 22-24, 2017.

Spark Women’s Leadership Retreat is an event that was created for women by women. Kri Edholm, Owner of Leadership Excursion Co., spent two decades working in the technology industry. As she advanced in her career, she oversaw multi-million dollar projects and operations for various organizations around the globe and was the lone female of the group on many occasions. With a passion for women in leadership, Kri spearheaded the idea of creating an event to educate and support women to help reach their goals.

Spark is designed to accommodate budgets of all types, provides women exposure to activities they may have never tried before, and consists of organized workshops that any attendee can participate in during the event. Trying new activities promotes courage and growth, learning new skills supports the accomplishment of goals, and new friendships will be created to last a lifetime.

Anyone who signs up for the event prior to June 1, 2017, will have an opportunity to weigh in on workshop topics.

Accommodation Packages

Tent sites, glamping tents, and cabin suites are available for 1 or 2 guests. Each accommodation includes 10 activity vouchers, meals during the duration of your stay, and access to all workshops. Larger sized homes are available for groups of 3 or more.

Activities

Various activities will be available during the course of the event. Some examples include rock climbing, canyoneering, ziplining, guided hikes, a sunset jeep tour, and horseback riding. All packages come with activity vouchers and attendees will be able to purchase additional vouchers to participate in as many activities as they’d like.

Workshops

Spark workshops will include intimate, hands-on leadership development opportunities to learn skills to help support business owners, parents, leaders, or whatever else attendees are interested in learning. Each retreat will be unique based on feedback received from attendees prior to the event.

Getting There

Those who will be participating in Spark Women’s Leadership Retreat can either drive to Zion National Park located in Southern Utah on their own or they can take advantage of luxury transportation to/from Las Vegas, NV that will be available at an additional cost per person.
